• The client relied heavily on Instagram and PDF files to showcase his work, which made it difficult to present projects in a structured and professional way

• There was no central platform to communicate his expertise, process, and project depth to potential clients

• The website needed to balance visual storytelling with clear communication of services and contact accessibility

• Client wanted to organize form inquiries in google sheet so had to setup automation for that

• Designed and developed a clean, minimal portfolio website focused on showcasing exhibition projects with clarity and structure

• Structured the website around key sections including projects, about, work process and contact to guide users naturally

• Focused on visual hierarchy and whitespace to ensure each project stands out without overwhelming the user

• Integrated form automation using Make.com webhook to capture and organize inquiries efficiently so I built make.com logic to filter and route submissions based on user selections (e.g. timeline), storing structured data directly into Google Sheets

• Delivered a fully functional portfolio website that acts as a central hub for all exhibition stand projects

• Enabled the client to present his work in a more professional and structured way

• Automated inquiry handling, reducing manual effort and improving response organization

• Created a scalable system for both content (CMS) and lead management (form automation)
